About an architect’s quest to explore dreams of his ideal home. 3 different writers (Amirhossein Taheri, Mazdak Salehi & Sahba Mansour) observe the main concept from 3 different perspectives—as if looking at a work of architecture itself. The story is written through 3 narrative standpoints—1st, 2nd, and 3rd person. 3 typographic layouts were designed to complement these dimensions with 3 unique identities.
Amirhossein’s text (the architect) were set in tall and narrow columns standing on the outer margins of each spread—making his writings as if the main pillars of the book. Mazdak takes the reader on an imaginative journey—wide length paragraphs with differing heights were designed to echo his narrating voice as if an equalizer cutting through the horizon of the book. Sahba, writes about architecture with a free spirit and a philosophical eye; his paragraphs were set with poetry in mind—with free, conceptual breaks and fluid movements in the page.
